President Arif Alvi will visit Kuwait to offer his condolences on the death of Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
According to the details, the president Arif Alvi is likely to meet with the current emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. The Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Sunday that he will also share the condolences of the Pakistani leadership, government and people.

Following the death of Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah on Tuesday, Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah was appointed the new emir of Kuwait by the country’s cabinet to succeed his brother.
The cabinet announcement was read on state television. According to the constitution of the Arab Gulf State, the Crown Prince automatically becomes the new Emir of Kuwait and will have all powers after being sworn in in parliament.
It is worth mentioning here that the Emir of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, died on Tuesday, September 29, after a long illness at the age of 91. The monarch had ruled Kuwait for almost 15 years.
